So, I’m totally stoked to be apart of Vlogmom now. Each week we’ll share our life experiences with you at home! This week Kadi from Our Seven Seeds asked what three things do we wish we’d been told before becoming a mom. I could come up with lots of things but check out my answers here. What about you? What do you wish someone would have told you before your lil one arrived?

Welcome to the group, Amelia! So glad to have you as part of it.

oh, the never ending race. I know. I’m jealous of people who feel they can feel they can just close up the office and be done for the day. In parenthood, we are NEVER done.

Mommy guilt is a horrible thing that I’ve heard follows us around until we die. Soooo…we have that to look forward to for the rest of our lives! Hooray! LOL. Great vlog!

So glad you’re a part of the group now!

Yes to the unsolicited advice? What the heck?
And try to let go of the guilt. Every family and situation is different. You have to do what works for you and your family and not worry about anyone or anything else!

So glad you joined us!

Personally I think guilt is over-rated or maybe my kids just exhausted me out of it. 😉 The thing about childcare though is that it teaches your children to love other people than just their moms which is a wonderful gift.

I get annoyed too, but I think the horror stories during pregnancy are The Worst.
And guilt – yes! Seems like every mom feels some kind of guilt. No matter what they do.
