Tater Tot Casserole (Recipe)

I am a soccer mom. What does this mean? I am at the soccer field 4-6 days a week and always looking for easy recipes that my kids love.  One of their favorites? Tater Tot Casserole. It’s so easy and great paired with a salad. We must make sure they get all their nutrients! Right?!

Here’s what you need:

Package of Ground Turkey (or beef..whichever is your preference)

Package of Tater Tots

One can of cream of mushroom

One can of cream of chicken

One can of evaporated milk

Brown your turkey (or beef) on top of the stove then transfer to a baking dish. Pour the bag of tater tots on top of the meat. Mix the cream of mushroom, cream of chicken and evaporated milk together. Pour this mixture over your tater tots and meat. Bake for 1hr at 350. It’s THAT easy. I usually add a little cheddar cheese in the final minutes of baking. The kids love it. And very little clean up!

What’s your favorite – EASY recipe?
