YaffBar – An Energy Bar for You and Your Dog (Review)

The old saying “there’s a first time for everything” rings true to the YaffBar-the “world’s first energy bar created for you and your dog to share”.   The vet approved bar is created by Mudd+Wyeth’s which brings other products that connect people with man’s best friend.

I’ve never even thought about an energy product for animals honestly but for those who spend a great deal of time outdoors with their pooch-I think this could be a good thing to pack for your trip.

While I have tasted it, I don’t know that I received immediate energy. The bars are tasty and my dogs enjoyed them too so that’s a positive!

Cooper wanted to get in on the action. Watch as he sneaks up to get a taste of the YaffBar.

The bars come in three flavors: Blueberry Crunch, Banana Peanut Butter, and Honey Almond Cranberry and retails for $18 for a 6 pack. I will say while my dogs liked them all…..they treated the blueberry crunch more like a bone and carried it around for a bit as it’s harder (hence “crunch”) than the others. Each bar is packed with protein, fiber, potassium and antixodants so they are good for you AND your dog.

YaffBar is only available in select stores but can be purchased at http://www.muddandwyeth.com

Have you tried this product? Would love to know what you and your dog think!
