Traveling Chic Boutique Gives Back

For the Charlotte locals or those passing through, there’s a cute little boutique on Sewlyn Avenue called Traveling Chic Boutique. As you all know, I love to support businesses who give back to their community and recommend them to my readers as well as gifts my readers can give.

Here is more about what they do:

CHARITY OF THE MONTH

Each of our locations chose a Charity of the Month and host a Shop For a Cause day where they’ll donate a portion of their sales that day to the charity. For our trunk show events, we also pledge to donate 15% of event proceeds to charity. You can also choose to receive 10% of your total sales in Traveling Chic Boutique merchandise.”

Traveling Chic Boutique carries a variety of clothing, bags, jewelry, and accessories. Their inventory is re-stocked on a weekly basis. This means they constantly have new items coming in and rarely carry the same item twice.

Each month Traveling Chic Boutique chooses a new charity to support. This month is Beds for Kids and on May 24th from 5:00-8:00 pm they will host a shopping night to benefit this incredible cause. Enjoy dessert courtesy of Edible Art Cake Shop and check out their inventory all while giving back.

10% of the purchases made at the evening’s event will be donated to Beds for Kids.

About Beds for Kids:

Beds for Kids empowers families with children by delivering beds and other essential furniture items to powerfully supplement the family’s resources as they rise out of poverty and into self-sufficiency.
